STEP 1: Where Do I Register?

First determine where you are to register using the link above.

STEP 2:   If the link above determines you are to register at White Oaks Secondary School the following is required:

Students who wish to enroll at White Oaks Secondary School must live within the school boundary and provide proof of residence which may include any two of the following documents:

• Lease or deed, car registration, utility bill, residential telephone bill, moving bill, property tax bill, bank statement, credit card statement, correspondence with a government agency.  Important Note: A driver’s license will not be accepted as documentation for “proof of address”.

If you are currently attending a high school, please complete the Student Application for Admission Form and HDSB Registration Form.

If you are currently attending grade 8, please complete the HDSB Registration Form.

Additional documentation that needs to be forwarded at time of registration includes:

• Proof of child’s age: birth certificate or passport or baptismal/faith record for your child

• Proof of child’s citizenship: birth certificate or passport, Record of Landing (IMM 1000)or Permanent Resident Card

• Proof of custody: if you are not the parent and your child is under 18 you must provide proof of custody (court order)
